HerGreat-Uncle Quince is legendary and Rue grew up assisting with the care and training of her G-Uncle’s insects. She immediately displayed an affinity with the moths, and she began to specialize in the training of the breed of Herald moth that her G-Uncle developed over his lifetime for the use of the Necrarbor. These moths not only serve as air wards in and around the Ancient Cypress, but they also carry news and messages to the Necrarbor from all over the warren.
